We are fully proficient in all of the wet trades including dry lining, and screeding, and are familiar in the use of lime render, pebble dash etc.
We are proficient roofers and have established relationships with local suppliers and reclamation yards which means that, so far, we haven't found a tile we couldn't match! We regularly work on listed buildings and are sensitive to the overall appearance of a property.
We can work with any tiles, ceramic, Travertine, stone, mosaic, marble atc, and we can follow any pattern required, an example of French Set tiling in Travertine tiles is shown above.

LOFT & GARAGE CONVERSIONS
Painting and decorating is the mainstay of the general builder's repertoire. We are happy to undertake all internal and external painting and/or decorating, including lime wash and other traditional formulas, glosswork, emulsion, protective paints and any manner of wallpapering and lining.
We can undertake all plumbing and electrical work and have a fully qualified electrician and a Gas safe engineer on board in a consultant role to certify our work.
Loft and garage conversions are becoming more and more popular as we try to maximise useful space. We are familiar with local Building Regulations and can help you negotiate your Building Control application, and any other required paperwork, as well as carry your conversionb from the planning stage to completion.
